If you are familiar with the awards process and you do not wish to submit an extract, and simply require the latest Q&A template to submit the completed case study, just complete the short form here.
Although BPM vendors and service providers are not eligible, we encourage them to assist their customers in submitting an application. Any service provider may submit a nomination on behalf of a customer or other user organization.
Installation size is not a significant factor: Success and innovation are more important. The installation, however, must have demonstrable, innovative and proven benefits.
There is no limit to the number of companies that you may nominate, however a non-refundable entry fee of US$295.00 is required to accompany each entry.
Please make your payment here by credit card on our secure site. Simply click "add to cart" and complete your credit card and address details.
All entries must be submitted electronically using our submission form. We will send you our easy Q&A template to complete with your full case study and return to us.
If selected as a Finalist, the Nominee will be offered the opportunity to have their case study published in the next annual Excellence in Practice series. Permission to publish will be granted in writing to the Awards Management Company and Publisher, Future Strategies Inc. No material other than the first paragraph abstract will be published without written permission.
