  1. The Awards are spread across five geographical regions. One Gold and one Silver Award trophy bowl is presented in each of the following regions to the winning user organization (nominee) with a commemorative engraved gold or silver platter presented to the nominating company. At the judges discretion, one Global Award may be presented additionally for particular merit to one overall, outstanding nominee.

    • Europe (includes Eastern Europe & Russia)
    • North America (includes USA, Canada and Mexico)
    • Middle East and Africa
    • Pacific Rim (includes Asia, Australia and Far East)
    • South  & Central America (includes Caribbean)
  2. The judges reserve the right to withhold naming regional gold or silver winners if submissions are not of sufficiently high standard.

  3. To be eligible, nominees must illustrate demonstrable benefits since January 2009 (the 2011 Awards relate to January 2009 onward), and the system should have been implemented within the past three years. Completely new implementations must have been running for at least six months by deadline date (otherwise they will not be considered).

  4. If re-submitting an older project or a previous award submission, major changes must have taken place in the past two years or since the last submission (for example; significant scope change, new users, new applications, or introduction of new technology). Submission must detail changes and motivation.

  5. Installation size is not a significant factor: Success and innovation are more important. The installation, however, must have demonstrable, innovative and proven benefits. Pilots more than six months old are acceptable, as long as the entry also details the ultimate goals.

  6. There is no limit to the number of companies that you may nominate, however a non-refundable handling charge of US$295.00 is required to accompany each entry. Please make your payment here by credit card in our secure site. Simply click "add to cart" and complete your credit card and address details.

  7. Vendors may nominate their customers and user organizations may nominate themselves.

  8. All entries must be submitted electronically using our submission form.

  9. If selected as a Finalist, the Nominee and Nominator will be requested to grant the Awards Management Company and Publisher, Future Strategies Inc., the non-exclusive right to publish the case study. No material other than the first paragraph abstract will be published without the written permission of the nominee and nominator.

  10. Required Format - please use the WinWord Template. This is preformatted to page size "Executive" and margins of 1" all round. You must address each of the headings in the order given.

  11. Complete the online entry form here. You should complete and submit this form now, and then send your case study (zipped) as a separate email attachment later to awards@futstrat.com identifying it by the same Submission Filename on the entry form -- this is the name of the company whose case study is being submitted.
